Hello, Beautiful Soul! I’m Damalie, your compassionate and intuitive guide on the journey to holistic wellness. My passion for helping women thrive stems from my own deeply personal experiences. Like many, I once found myself weighed down by stress and searching for a way to reconnect with my true self. Through knowledge, training, and transformative practices, I discovered the power of releasing overwhelm, reclaiming inner peace, and living harmoniously—and it changed my life.

 

That journey inspired me to create Feel Blissful Wellness, a warm and culturally affirming space where women like you are guided and supported to embrace their own transformative journeys. Here, I blend personalized coaching, group programs, culturally relevant self-care practices, and thoughtfully curated wellness resources to help professionals, executives, founders, and entrepreneurs harmonize every area of their lives.

 

At the heart of my approach are the four essential pillars of wellness: Sleep, Physical Activity, Nutrition, and Mind-Body-Spirit Integration. Together, we’ll align these elements to help you restore balance, release stress, and create a foundation for long-term well-being. I believe every woman, especially Women of African descent—our radiant Queens—deserves to feel her absolute best in body, mind, and spirit.
